“There are two tragedies in life. One is to lose your heart’s desire. The other is to gain it.”
― George Bernard Shaw
What goes beyond your imagination, and wakes you up from deep sleep? That pulls you away from the real world and takes you to a place where time doesn’t last and passion is the key. Once you taste desire is like nothing would have the same smell, taste, or feeling. Looking in each others’ eyes opens a whole new world, a universe where feels so light and where the touchings are soft as feathers. Magnetic attraction, a form of chemistry unknown and undiscovered that makes two different elements to blend and melt in each other’s energy. A mix of emotions, of colors that spark light and shine, an aura that would embrace the love of two destined souls.
Desire is not an ordinary dream or wish, is not like you want and you have it. With desire is all the unspoken words, and all the touches not touching the soft skin, and all the lips not kissed, that lodging for attention. Midnight conversation with your soul when oppressed from sleep, you feel the arms around and wish to stop the time and feel for one more second, the DESIRE.
The desire is hidden deep in your soul, is not easy to access, and needs special force to get it out. You need to find the strength and power to lift your eyes and to look forward, straightening the weakness and pulling out roots of fear. Don’t bury what is left because is going to grow stronger. Deeper doesn’t mean that you are releasing your soul, means that is going to have a better overcoming. Nothing can’t stop what comes from healing and can stay in front of the storm that’s coming.
“I have outlasted all desire,
My dreams and I have grown apart;
My grief alone is left entire,
The gleamings of an empty heart.
The storms of ruthless dispensation
Have struck my flowery garland numb,
I live in lonely desolation
And wonder when my end will come.
Thus on a naked tree-limb, blasted
By tardy winter’s whistling chill,
A single leaf which has outlasted
Its season will be trembling still.” ― Alexander Pushkin
Desire is that feeling that keeps you strong even when you are weak and barely breathes. It pulls and drags you from the darkest corner of your being. It straitening your body and get your heart stronger because winning the game with desire is not an easy play. Once you achieved desire, you have to prepare for passion and for truth. Lodging is myrage but living with desire is an accomplishment. Embrace and enjoy what made you felt that passion because is nothing stronger than the desire for a moment that makes everything seems worth it.
The unspoken truth and the remaining words were the anchor that kept the desire active. You don’t need words, nor much to see what you can do with pure desire. You feel the burns and still don’t see the scars. Is fire and is burning with silent flames inside you, and lives with sleepless nights and long days of waiting. You seek the silence and yet don’t hear the voice but feel your skin touched by an unknown vibration that gives you shivers. You stay still but something is moving in your body, and gives you sparks inside your guts, leaving you helpless and uncured. Is not the sickness you are scared of, it the desire that you feel, and losing it is worst than having it with the wrong person that you thought to be the one.
“She leaned forward and caught at his hand, pressing it between her own. The touch was like white fire through his veins. He could not feel her skin only the cloth of her gloves, and yet it did not matter. You kindled me, heap of ashes that I am, into fire. He had wondered once why love was always phrased in terms of burning. The conflagration in his own veins, now, gave the answer.”
― Cassandra Clare
