Time doesn’t heal emotional pain, you need to learn how to let go.” – Roy T. Bennett

If you are asked to grade your pain from 1 to 10, where 1 is the least and 10 is the most, what would you choose? Wait, I am not talking about your physical pain, because I am not qualified for these kinds of things. For me the types of pain I experienced and I am familiar with are :

  • physical pain from an injury
  • mental pain from an abuse
  • heart pain from a breakup
  • emotional pain from a state of mind

It takes a woman experience through life to sense the “dolor’ and the struggle. One simple event as a gynecologist visit can be only the beginning for a woman’s inability to express her pain, first in front of the doctor, and later in front of others. Overlooked attention can leave physically and mentally scars in a woman’s life, or in some cases the death. The list of women who have been through the pain is endless, but the scars can be seen in their lives and how that affected them over the years. We get in here a clear example of what “dolor” means for those women who have become seasonal sellers in a farmer’s market, drunk on grief, drug addict, with too much make-up, hoarders, or poor but refined. The types of pain are different sides of a similar discussion since they share an ongoing theme in the difficulties of women to express their pain, and doctors should represent important people in their lives.

The only status you can get from holding this pain long enough it is “Queen of Pain”. We carry the pain in our souls until the last breath we take, we carry the love for someone until we can’t love again, and we carry it in our heads until we get everything tangled in our minds.

Does it even worth the effort of holding it so tight ? LET IT GO

‘We can never judge the lives of others, because each person knows only their own pain and renunciation.” – Paulo Coelho

I welcome you to follow the tale of that young lady who let go of the pain that she was carrying and started to live a life without regrets
