Simplicity, reality, grounding ourselves in everyday behaviors and rituals, living in the moment with pure human interaction, saying things as they are, and making our own living are all essential. The more we nurture ourselves, the more we will be able to nurture others without having to do anything special. We are the soft embrace from God that we all use to dust ourselves off, pick ourselves up, and keep on. We are trying to reconcile the divine and natural realms, and by embracing the desires for tangible and material objects, we teach the rest of us how to do the same. The secret to living a happy life is to have a clear understanding of what is meaningful to us. The more inner serenity we find, the more caring and happy our life and friendship can be. It is a matter of moments to realize that we can exchange our old behaviors and thoughts carried throughout time and release the karma only by changing our thoughts. From characteristics such as anger… extremist… manipulative… … secretive… overly strong… loving chaos… selfish… possessive… vicious… judgmental… caustic… distrustful… suspicious… threatening we can become: inventive…builder…faithful…stay patient…gold medal winner…earth-friendly…encouraging…heartwarming…reliable…devoted…blissful…devoted to the family…security-friendly. All the old thoughts have an opposite and like a yin and yang they come into balance, so adding next to your thoughts a new set of them will create miracles. These life circumstances, though unsettling and frightening, were necessary for the transition that needed to take place. Their potent effects were needed to cleanse the spirit of old ideals in order for it to go on with the creation of a new beginning. Still, no matter how tough, we must step on. We must let go of his terrifying subconscious experiences and refocus on regaining confidence in life and the people in it. We must distinguish the past from the current and recognize that his deep-seated fear of indefinite imprisonment is residue from prior lifetimes…a recollection that can and should be restored now because we have the power over our lives in every moment.
“Nobody can hurt me without my permission.”
― Mahatma Gandhi
When everything crumbled and fall down after hard work, it means that was not the time for it and we must let go, but not before realizing the lesson we’ve been thought from that experience. The hard part is after when we need to put it back together and we don’t even have the strength to get up from the bed. The unknown and the new are scary and overwhelming, but there is an insane virtue that we have, and that is called strength. Courage is not for the powerful people that dominate and showing themselves as strong and powerful, but for the ones that feel their life depends on their strength. There is an invisible force made out of fear and determination that makes us lift heavy burdens and leave behind old patterns, swearing that we will do everything humanly possible to never get back to that point. In our prayers, that is the most powerful wish, and not only to get better is important, but to have the strength to keep ourselves in the stage where nobody and nothing would break us down again. We can devote too much time and effort to helping others at the cost of our own comfort and needs. We cannot grow our self-worth by relying solely on others; it must come from within. Learning to describe our aspirations based on our own ideals and then work patiently toward reaching them will help us find more peace and inner harmony.
“Courage isn’t having the strength to go on – it is going on when you don’t have strength.”
― Napoleon Bonaparte
To withdraw from the pain we have to leave behind the old us, like releasing a snakeskin. There is so much wisdom in solitude, there is the peace that balances our inner-self, and makes us come back stronger than ever. Hate would never help us to move on from any challenge, because we need to forget and release, replacing everything with love. We are not always prepared for what life wants to teach us, and we get ourselves unbalanced, vulnerable, and weak. Instead of throwing sharp words and say things that can never be replaced once said, we should go inside of ourselves and heal our hearts from anything that was only meant to teach us lessons. We get hurt and is painful, but nothing lasts forever but for as long we are living this life on Earth we should learn to embrace and adopt new thoughts when all the old one broke us to pieces. One day at the time, one step forward, day by day, we learn to forgive, to forget, and to replace the hate with love, without losing our powers, but gaining better virtues that would give us back the strength and the peace .
“If you want to forget something or someone, never hate it, or never hate him/her. Everything and everyone that you hate is engraved upon your heart; if you want to let go of something, if you want to forget, you cannot hate.”
― C. JoyBell C.
