“The Pessimist Sees Difficulty In Every Opportunity. The Optimist Sees Opportunity In Every Difficulty.”

– Winston Churchill

I am made from my beliefs and one of them is that we are living in polarity. If one side is black, the other one should be white, and if is dark for sure would come the light. Some people would call it a dreaming approach, I just want to think that I am just an optimist. Even though is a never-ending battler between the sun and the moon for millions of years, they are never giving up and keep on doing that endlessly. How can I give up after an obstacle? If I had something in life that felt, in the begging is true, I had to go through the process of loss: shock, not accepting, understanding, accepting, and forgiving. After that, the most important part was the lesson I had to learn from that experience. I replaced: “Why everything happens to me?” with a better question: ” What I have to learn from all of these?”. If the experience I had repeated in the past, I would pay attention to the pattern, because those are the most fucked up from all of them. It is old but still accurate: “you fool me once, shame on you, you fool me twice, shame on me.” I think is very normal to make mistakes, because that is the way we can learn, but to repeat the same mistake is not that fun after a while. Once all of these lessons got their point in my mind, and I had the motivation from different books, quotes, friends, and family stories, the most important thing I could do was to give back inspiration after I had all that motivation. I imagined a hot air balloon that gets inflated and ascends but to get even higher and to continue the path needs to release some of the baggage, some of the air so important to keep it up. When not afraid of losing something that is crucial for you, is the moment when I realized that sharing everything I learned can be after all support for someone else that is only halfway on the road, and sometimes only good words can lift and motivate someone that almost lost the hope.

“I can’t change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.”

– Jimmy Dean

I am not going to lie to you, is hard as hell and many time is not even a fair game. But the fight with your life is like going on the ocean with a one place kayak. You can’t have too many things with you, you have to stay strong and alert because in the middle of the night there is no one to save you, and many times even to see you. Two paddles, one boat, and the hope, in front of the angry weather, cold ocean, and your fears. The good part of a solo journey is that you have time to talk with yourself, to look around, and to get inspired by everything that you might meet. If things are getting harsh and too hard to manage, being by yourself it is easy to just change the direction and to look for something that makes more sense to you. Once you know what do you want and where you need to get, the journey is just an adventure. Because no one spends their whole life sailing on the waves, sooner or later, a destination for you would show up, and the time to settle arrives. It was not easy to start over after a great journey on the other side of the world, but the advantage of such an experience is that you can try from a fresh point, the way you imagined. It takes time, and patience should be your best companion in every journey in this life because what inspired me the most was to wait for things to become clear. Sediments go on the bottom, layers get to their place, and a decision is always better to take when things are steady and calm. After that moment you can give back motivation, not in the middle of a tornado, but after things got steady, even though around is still a mess. Don’t forget to keep on doing it, and never give up.

“Knowing Is Not Enough; We Must Apply. Wishing Is Not Enough; We Must Do.”

– Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe

Knowing a lot of things can be overwhelming and is not enough to have a lot of knowledge. Practice even though you still fail would always help you to get better. Is not enough to know if you don’t apply. It is scary and the fear of the unknown can be really terrifying. But worst that failing what it can be? When I tried and failed at least I eliminate one of the options, and a few of them remained to try and to find my way. The same way is with dreams. We make wishes when we blow on the candles but if we never do anything, do dreams are just a waste of energy that only brings disappointment? Many inventors tried many times before they succeed, but with one dream in mind and with many options that were eliminated, one failure brought them closer to their dream to come true. I got inspiration, I got dreams, but there was nothing unless I started to do something about that. Again, patience should be your best friend and confidence, because when I needed a lot to overcome and to succeed I needed patience even in small things that I dreamed of. I got the motivation, but only when I shared everything I felt I knew that I can spread inspiration for the ones who need their own motivation.

“People Who Are Crazy Enough To Think They Can Change The World, Are The Ones Who Do.” – Rob Siltanen

One single piece of domino can’t do much when left alone, but in a network can demolish a whole structure. When I had ideas or I got inspiration, I felt skeptical eyes on me, who would never trust me, but though I am just crazy. Now I don’t tell you that I am ready to go on my life adventure to save the world, but if you get motivation from my inspiration, and you do the same thing for someone else, soon we can create a chain that motivates each other, makes everyone’s life a little bit better than yesterday. We might not have much, but we have each other, and even though we are thinking that we are too small to change the world, together it doesn’t seem that hard. Spread your good words, try to find the optimist side in you, and let the beauty of this life on Earth to show you hidden parts that would change your day. If today you smiled, imagine how much can you laugh tomorrow, because I got the motivation to spread joy for your inspiration.

I welcome you to follow the tale of that young lady who found motivation for all her failures and spread inspiration for the ones who need to hear that there is always a chance even though she didn’t always see one…
